Narrow down logs in Log Explorer, write advanced filters and export what you find.
Open Log Explorer and narrow things down by severity, server, app and time range. All times are shown in UTC, so everyone on the team sees the same clock.
Advanced filters
For anything the filters don't cover, type an advanced filter. A few to start from:
Type eq 'error'
contains(Payload/Message, 'timed out')
Type eq 'error' and contains(Payload/Message, 'payment')Long time ranges show a sample
Over a week or more, Log Explorer shows a representative sample instead of every line. Narrow the range to see everything.
Export
To keep what you found, export the results as JSON or as a signed PDF. See Dashboard & reports for how signed reports work.
